Passengers Repatriation

It is the service of transporting the passengers of the damaged vehicle, from the incident scene to the residence place.

A24 shall offer this service provided that VEHICLE TOWING to A24 center has been performed, and there, the breakdown service of the damaged vehicle cannot be completed within 48 hours.

This service will be efected:

• by road and/or rail transportation means. A24 is in charge of tickets booking;
• by a vehicle provided by a specialized persons transportation company, if repatriation is not possible by public transport.

Repatriation costs shall be borne by A24 for the number of contracted persons.

Upon request, for a fee, A24 shall organize the passengers repatriation, for other passengers in the damaged vehicle.
