Vehicle Towing

It is the service of transporting the damaged vehicle from the incident scene to a certain destination.

The intervention team will take over, upload, transport, respectively download and hand over the damaged vehicle. These operations will be carried out in total safety by the professional staff, specialized in vehicles transportation. Towing is done by a vehicle specialized in transportation of new vehicles, damaged ones, having mechanical or other technical problems, on a well defined route.

Towing service of the damaged vehicle shall be organized under the following situations:

• it is obvious that the car breakdown service cannot be performed, or cannot be accomplished during the maximum operation time;
• breakdown service of the roadside assistance team is not concluded succesfully within the maximum operation time.

Transport destination could be the closest A24 center, for immediate repair, or another workshop, if the vehicle had a traffic accident.
